Membership Information
We need experienced equine and large animal handlers, drivers, support personnel and logistics personnel.
- Complete the Membership Application
- In order to become a member, you must complete the following FREE online FEMA course required by the SMC Office of Emergency Services: Introduction to ICS (Incident Command Structure) - ICS100,Basic Incident Command for Initial Response ICS200, Introduction to the National Incident Management System - ICS700 and review the COVID Presentation and Covid Guidelines below

- Held at 6:30 p.m., the second Wednesday of each month

- Note: Until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, meeting are held on ZOOM
After joining, members are encouraged to complete the following:
- HAM Radio Technician License
- CERT Training
- CPR / First Aid Certification
