We need experienced equine and large animal handlers, drivers, support personnel and logistics personnel.

- In order to become a member, you must complete the following FREE online FEMA course required by the SMC Office of Emergency Services: Introduction to ICS (Incident Command Structure) – ICS100,Basic Incident Command for Initial Response ICS200, Introduction to the National Incident Management System – ICS700

- HAM Radio Technician License
